Bags must be smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” and small clutch bags, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x 9”. Small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed.

Leave a message with your name, phone number, the event attended and a description of the item lost & we will get back to you ASAP.

Our venue is cashless! Make sure to bring a debit/credit card, or mobile pay to check out at any of our concessions!

Sorry, no can do. Re-entry is not permitted at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory! Make sure you bring all your essentials with you before you scan in! If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

The Pavilion offers complimentary fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party.

Valet parking is located off of Las Colinas Blvd, outside of the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory VIP Lounge. Get directions before the show.

We know you're excited to see your favorite artist but the venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind for your safety.

Yes! Everyone's safety is our number one concern! Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Outside lawn chairs are not permitted. Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".

All ticket sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is canceled. Show times and support acts are subject to change without notice. In the event that a show is canceled, refunds are available at the point of purchase. For online purchases, refunds will be issued automatically to the card on which the tickets were purchased. 

GA parking is located at The Urban Towers Parking Garage. There will be directional signage and parking attendants on site to guide you to the music! VIP parking is located in the Toyota Music Factory Parking Garage. Parking is overseen by the Toyota Music Factory. You can book parking in advance by visiting https://www.parktmf.com/. 

Yes. Depending on the event, guests may have the option to purchase upgrades such as VIP club access, Fast Lane entry, lawn chair rentals, or blankets. Upgrade availability varies by show and is subject to limited inventory.
